The fireworks were a product of Zambelli Fireworks Internationale based out of New Castle. A supervisor of the company was cooperating with Etna police officials to determine what caused the display to tip over. Emergency transportation arrived at the scene. “Police and emergency medical services (EMS) arrived at the scene of the serious accident where former U.S. Senate candidate Larry Drown, had reportedly ran over a flagging female construction worker, and then backed up over her body at the intersection of Water and Wall Streets.
