This amazing story comes out of Seattle, WA where a window washer plummeted 8 stories but stopped about a foot short of the pavement when his rope caught on the second story of the building. On the way down he smashed through a seventh story window, only to bounce back out and continue falling. His hands and legs hit the ground but the rest of his body was stopped only inches short.
