It’s a scene straight out of a nightmare. You cross an intersection assuming traffic from the other side is going to heed the stop sign only to have a driver fail to stop. Imagine if the driver was driving an 18-wheeler. That was the sad reality for Joseph Nebrich only a few days ago. The driver of the semi claimed to not see the stop sign.

Regardless, the tragedy cannot be undone. The article goes on to say:
